Looks like there is a weird plate washer that goes on before the eclip. On the electrical end you could easily use 3 female spade wire connectors, though hitting up the jy would make it a cleaner install.

Blow it down, start spraying, try to apply light even coats. As a light coat starts to dry it is sticky helping a little heavier coat stick without running.
Thanks. So I don't even have to sand it down?

Lol. Mine is not pretty at all. I have not one piece of strait tin on either of my rigs. If you follow my directions it will turn out, and stay nice for a while. The best thing besides the price is the fact you can touch up any scars you pick up along the trail. This is after I painted just the bottom of mine.

I can't really see pic very good on my phone but looks good from what I can see. She understands dents. She has seen some really crappy rattle jobs on some imports around here, blotches and runs. I can't justify paying a couple thousand for a paint job that won't stay nice for long at all either. I like the idea if I kiss a tree I can get a jy fender, rattle paint it and be done.

That's the way mine is and I love it. The first time I did mine it was done right and looked awesome. I didn't scuff around the door handles good enough, so I reprinted them a month later. Truck has had nothing but touch up for 3 years, but has smashed through atv trails in trees, been rolled, laid on its side. Take your time ecspecially in the scuffing, and spraying. It will turn out nice if you use light coats.

At 5.20 a gallon ($1.30 a litre) I filled up today (that's cheap here).

Also bought some exhaust cement to fix the leak.

In my adventures the last couple days I noticed that my tranny is over to my passenger side a little bit, then I noticed that my engine seems to be over that way a little too. Which is causing my exhaust to hit the bolt for my upper control arm on the frame end ...what would cause this? My motor and tranny mounts look fine

my heater core is leaking, the added pressure of the overheat put coolant all over the floorboard, ugh
