I still bring them in to the local shop that pissed me off. Most the time things are ok. I know it's not a fail proof system, hell I used to do them for the local shop right out of high school. There is a few things you can do wrong to mess it up. To me if you can see a problem, fix it. That's what upsets me is the lack of, yea that's way off let's try again.

You will have to custom fab anything like what you want. There isn't an abundance of room there either, and you will have to cut out the front metal lets call it a bumper crossmember. Lol. But the ac, and rad are right there. With your grill guard you could enclose that, with lights in it , and cut out your front bumper to mount the winch in leaving just the cable and rolers showing. Might look good.
Below is a photo of a winch in the front bumper posted by LordHobbit.

My plan is to cut away the bumper only over the winch spool. With my grille guard the winch could stick out more. The relay box will go under the hood.
Don't know what winch will fit best, would be nice to have it smaller on each side of the spool.

Had a blast at cleghorn today with a couple buddys and man did I put my jeep to the test and Im loving my jeep. Also went exploring in alot more places and man were their alot of close calls and used one of my buddys as counter weight to not tip over.

Other than that I got a few fixes, still have to adjust my front track bar some more, steering stab, extended brake stops and ingintion system so that it can give me at least a couple mpg

IMO, that whole front end setup looks a little goofy. The tube bumper looks like it needs to lean forward more, so the horizontal parts that wrap around are parallel with the fender lines. It looks like it needs to be pushed back a bit too. And those lights would probably look a whole lot better on the horizontal tube, not on the hoop. maybe 2 on the inside of the hoop and two on the outside. I think it would look much better and it wouldnt kill your visibility like that setup looks like it does. Other than that its lookin pretty good.
Edit: Maybe put the lights like this. Flip the ones in the center upside down and mount the other two like that.

It sits about 6.5in foward, justenough room to put a winch.

I wanted to put it on the horizontal tube but I didnt know if they would get in the way if I mounted a winch in the lower portion of the bumper. But if I did it like that then it looks like it would work just fine.
