Found a couple pics of day one as a zj owner. Sadly it looks much nicer back then, though not as much fun. Lol

Dont know what it is about a ZJ, but my first jeep was an XJ, then I had another XJ, and then a 93 ZJ. Now I have my 94ZJ, and a 99 WJ.

I always swore that I would go back to an XJ, since it is what got me into jeeps initially. But now after my second ZJ, I love it. Dont know what it is. I dont even want my wifes WJ.

I love my ZJ, and if I get another jeep it will be a niner.

Agree. Sold my wj. Nicer, more refined, better built when you look underneath. Just wasn't a zj though.

Thanks. The transformation was to make it useful for my needs. It's a rig built to haul me, tools, 54in irrigation tires into muddy rough fields. It works perfect. So good I like it better than my rhino, so I started taking it on atv trails, and off-road parks in northern MN. Works great there too, but isn't pretty anymore.

You drive a tj, we drive a zj. We have more power while you get more shower. We get the v8 while you get there too late. You have 2 doors well, we have 2 more. Ours costs a grand while yours has a price we cant stand.

I tested the starter myself. I work at an auto parts store. I tested it at least 12 times if it makes a difference. Since it kept passing im hesitant to buy a new one, although thats probably the problem.

Went bowling last night and the jeep sat for 2 or 2 and a half hours and sounded strong when starting. We'll see how she does at school today, im leavin soon. Also when we were leavin the bowling alley, i noticed a little light pole in front of me so i turned a little left and popped up on it

Also one of my buddies was pretty shmammered so we decided to test the spring on my CB antenna

My Niner turns heads, problem with that it makes me want to spend more and more money fixing it up even nicer.
Right now it's in the shop having some custom Niner rock sliders made, would have been far easier and cheaper just to pull off the plastic rocker panels and bolt on some per-made sliders.

This is how it looked last week, will post some new photos when the sliders are done.

For adding a winch it would also be so much easer just to bolt on a winch bumper, but I'm trying to keep the stock good looks.
So I'm planning on installing a winch part way inside the bumper where the license plate will somewhat hide it.
