I have the Garmin nuvi 3790LMT, it's a very nice unit!!

Right now I'm putting together a Ram Mounting System for installing a Motorola Xoom in my jeep. This will be tethered to my iPhone and I'm looking at a 12V USB hub where I can hook up some cameras and other things.

Awesome. I bought a 1490lmt for the 5 in screen. I have a pioneer DVD bluetooth head unit in my dmax tethered to my iPhone. It's very nice having anything you want at your fingertips.

Jensen usually sucks, but I have been running Jensen 9312 DVD decks in my tractors for years with zero problems, just put 9314 in my avalanche for the bluetooth. 9314 is DVD, camera, bluetooth, flip-out that would fit a zj dash awesome, touchscreen iPod control, front av, usb, and under $300

A friend has 4 cameras on his jeep, 2 underneath, 1 on the front bumper and 1 on the back bumper. I want to do that with my Motorola Xoom using the touch screen to view different cameras, and also be able to bring up Google Earth and go online when out camping.

That would be awesome if they could record too. We brought a gopro last time but never got anything cool. Lol.

That's the beauty of using a tablet PC.
No problem recording and doing so many other things.

The problem will be finding some good waterproof USB-2 cameras.
May have to use a different type and convert it to USB-2

I run the round sealed ones off eBay for $20. Have them on 7 different implements. I've never had a problem with them either and they get big time dirty, and wet, but they are video cable.

My alignment went well today. It ran me $75 out the door. I didn't think that was too bad. I told him to get the faster to +4.5 degrees and he was pretty hesitant but did it for me. It's out of the 6.5 to 7.5 degrees that's recommended. He got both sides right at 4.5 degrees for me though. I chose 4.5 degrees rather than 5 degrees because I changed the control arms. The IRO 3.5" with stock arms calls for 5 degrees and the 4.5" premium kit with arms and a 1" TC drop calls for 4.5 degrees. Because my drivetrain is probably identical to the 4.5" with the TC drop, I opted for its recommended caster. I need to take it back to had the steering wheel centered a little better, but the alignment is definitely good.

When I've had EGR issues in the past with other vehicles, it's caused intermittent rough idling and occasional stalling. They always started right back up though.

Not going to say jeeps do it, but I had a 96 s-10 blazer with a vortec 4.3 that the egr went out causing it to feel like there was a brick under the brake pedal. I launched off a river bank and smashed into a tree before it hit the water. Body shop fixed it and was driving it to the dealer to get it fixed, rear ended a car at the one stop light in our town.

Never had anything else do that, and hope I never do.

Changed my transmission fluid and filter today. My first time ever changing transmission fluid. Went smoother than I expected. That stuff was dirty....
