Not to my zj but to my sisters exploder. Heres the story:

Dad gets a call today while were at work and my sister says her car started squealing on her way to work. So I thought it had to be the serpentine belt. Well when we get home I look under the hood and my dad noticed the belt was a little loose. So then I thought it was the tensioner pulley. Well, I was right. So he goes for a walk for about an hour and I get to taking off the belt and the pulley, then run to napa to order the parts, but it turns out they had them in stock. So Im like "sweet," run home, throw them both on within 5 minutes of my dad walking in the door. Hes like "did you order the parts?" and I say "its already fixed." Hes like "no ****." And Im like .

Little side story: While Im in napa, the chick who sat behind me in math a couple years ago (grade above me) walks in and she says to the guy working there "I have to drive to NJ tomorrow and my dad told me I should get my oil checked? And that it takes Mobil 1 synthetic? I have no idea what hes talking about." Gave me a And for those of you who are wondering, yes. She is blonde, and shes pretty hot too.

I got tracking info today for all my IRO stuff. Here's a list of what I ended up ordering.

3.5" coils for front and rear
Full set of fixed control arms
Adjustable front trackbar
Adjustable rear trackbar
JKS quicker discos
JKS barpin eliminators
Nitro shocks
Tenneco HD steering stabilizer
Extended rear swaybar links

Hopefully it'll be here early next week.



Oh, and pics of said blonde...

Finally got around to doing my BB this weekend. Sitting on 15x8 Cragar Soft 8 and 30x9.5 BFG.
The rear axle sits about 3/4" to an inch offcenter towards the passenger side.
Would getting an adjustable trackbar remedy anything or would it be for cosmetics alone?
Also after getting an alignment with everything fitted on the car,
I need to hold my steering wheel slightly to the right in order to go straight on the highway.
Faulty alignment? or something caused by the BB?

The offset steering wheel is caused from the axle moving away from the steering box. You can adjust it at the adjustment point just down from the pitman arm or buy a drop pitman arm.

I thought about adjustable arms, but I figured fixed would be good for me. I don't plan on going any bigger than the 3.5" on short arms. I'm definitely going to be posting pics once I get it installed. It just shipped today so hopefully I'll be able to get it all on soon.

So, I was searching on-line for the Interstate Model Grand Cherokee ZJ model. Of course, I found a post and it was mine.

Don-A-Vee sold them with a supercharged 5.2 from the factory. Nice.
