Stole my good wipers off the 5.2 to drive the ninner.
ordered spacers and extended brake lines from IRO
Bought a coil adapter to run my 6Al2 MSD Box and blaster Coil on the ninner.
bought an o2 bung for the second sensor on the ninner, and picked up some band clamps.
and 4 new lift struts for the hatch.

Got some new (New to me) 31" BFG's with Rock crawler wheels for my stock ZJ (lift is on the way). Guy traded straight up for $100 and my 30" Kumhos. Saved me a chunk of change!

My ZJ did something for me, we took it out to Phenix city, my good friend riding shotgun, took him car shopping, we got him a nice 2000 XJ limited, near mint condition with 114 onthe clock for 4200.00 then we went goody shopping,he got CB, Stereo, got a set of rims with kumo's 235's on it and he is now deciding on a lift from allsouth autosports. So we will have a new jeepster here in a day or two on the forum. It was a good day in the world of Jeep. Mine gets her lift and tires put on saturday.

My original 249J start clicking very loud when I go down hil and after few days was clicking all the time so I replaced it. I also instal a new transmission and torque convertor, new axel drives, new brackes new disks inspected diferential boxes.

Sounds like your 249 is going south.
Remove the front drive shaft and check out the front diff. See if it spins or hangs up any.
I would replace the 249 with a 242 or a 231 lots of info here on the swap. The 249s tend to eat them selfs up, along with the front diff.

Do not run a 93-95 249 without the front ds
it does not lock so when in park the truck will roll

to check if the 249 is bad do tight figure 8 loops in a parking lot if it skips and hops while turning, the 249 (VC) is bad

also this should have its own tread or search

Thank you so much, for answering to me. I did open and take a pert the rear differential box and all gears are in very good shape the car is only 70 000 ml. but the front one I only open and visually inspected it .It moves and
not worn out .
Next I am going to try removing the front drive shaft and see whats going on.

rethreaded oil pan drain hole, and put in a new plug. I did not torque it to spec, I fear that there is not enough metal down there to hold the threads!

If at first you don't succeed, use more speed.
