Ordered the crap to rebuild my front axle. My pinion bearing is shot and is moving all over the place. Can't wait to get under it and freeze to death rebuilding it.

Mine flashes "ice" all the time. I think it not only measures the temperature but the humidity as well. It can be 5 degrees and it won't say it but it can be in the 20s and it does.

I have a 98 limited, are you talking about the display that has the temp (on the headliner) or the VIC in front of the shifter?

I've never seen it on either, and there was at least 1' of snow on the roads today and it was reading <10*f out... IDK

^^^It's hella tiny next to the degrees on the overhead.

On topic took her in for a long over due tire rotation. I also put the slap (subwoofer) back in the cargo area.

Drove it to work, and she started "shaking her a$$". i stopped and checked it and the rear wheel had 3 lug nuts, 1 was really loose and two were broken off. got to work at 30 MPH and tightened them, then fixed it at home.

242 swap is finally done. Took the rear driveshaft to Accurate Driveline and Machine to get shortened 1" this afternoon. 2 hours and $206 later, I'm out the door with new spicer 1330 joints (5.9 uses bigger joints in the rear), shortened, balanced, thrown in a parts cleaner and painted. Bought a new timken hub and installed it. Had to get a little creative with torquing the axle nut. Put a crow bar against the studs and garage floor and that kept the hub from spinning as I torque it to spec. Worked like a charm.

E-CODE LIGHTS ROCK HARD! Very impressed with the light output. Haven't finished up the the wiring to interface with the Jeep yet, but my god are the low beams amazing. High beams are even better! Detailed write-up loaded with pics coming soon.

Might want to go around your truck and re-torque all your lug nuts.

I'm desperately jealous of your niner... I don't want to even look at my jeep anymore
