Or buy the TYC's for $13 a piece lol. The clip that breaks for most of us is $8 at the dealer so $34 and the TYC's are basically the same thing the dealer has.

Ah, I'm just running them till I feel like spending $90 on the clear lens headlights for my projector retrofit. I've got the projectors, HID's, and wiring but not the right lights... lol

When you get that done, I'd really like to see how it turned out in person. You're relatively close and I like road trips.

EDIT: It looks like you're pretty much just a straight shot across on US 30.

Ya it's only like an hour and a half if you don't hit traffic or construction. The chick that bought my old Mazda RX-7 lived there, I also used to go up to the auction in Dyer on a weekly basis.

You never replace the pinion without replacing the ring gear. They wear into each other and should be replaced together.

well, Unless it means "Immediate Dana 30 Explosion" imma just change the pinion out, cause mine is noisy as hell. Imma swap axles in early '12. so, would it REALLY be that bad if i only swapped out the pinion.

That's not too far at all. PM me when you get them finished up to see if we can set something up.

Got it inspected and drove it around on the streets today. It was sitting for 6 months but I've been busy changing out the interior, upgrading the lift to fit 35s and adjusting suspension. Drives somewhat well... wondering if I should change out the last motor mount just to start fresh on all mounts. Passenger side and tranny mount were beat to crap, but the driver's was put in a year ago. Need to balance the tires too, random wiring to do, swap doors, hood and fender... gonna keep the rear section some kind of flat or gloss black.

Dented my lift gate while getting pulled off of a high center yesterday. While ordering a used one from a jy I got a call from the wifey and we have another baby on the way. Had to cancel my order and future mods temporarily, lol.

Took my Niner to a different muffler shop to have some work done.
When I had my lift done a few months ago the muffler did a poor job, as you can see my cat was hanging down very low, and no that weld is not cracked.
This is what it looked like, now it's up about 4" higher.

Finally got around to installing a 32 tooth speedometer gear so now my speedometer reads right.

When pulling my grille guard the other day I dinged the left front finder, so I took my jeep over to Ding Masters today and had all of the dings removed. I now have a Niner with no dents or dings and almost perfect paint.
Here's what she looks like, For some reason this shot makes the front tire look skinny.
