Just finished replacing the trans gov pressure sensor and solenoid. A nasty, messy, greasy job but it shifts great now.

changed the oil.

on a side note i have noticed that i've got a vent problem. under light throttle, where ever the heater is set to blow out (like feet or defrost) everything works fine, but when i give it some gas it starts blowing opposite of what is selected. i'm assuming its some vacuum thing?

Most likely, I believe the doors are vacuum controlled

Installed my new FlowKooler water pump and Valeo radiator today. They where both leaking when starting it up on these cold mornings, after it warmed up the leaks would stop.

Also pulled my grill and front bumper off to install some tow hooks. Problem here is the grill guard uses 2 of the same bolt holes as the tow hooks do. Tomorrow I will get back on it doing some cutting and wedding making the 2 brackets into one very strong bracket.

Also ordered some new motor mounts today along with some rear tail light guards.

I got the last set of new tail light guards this place had, and they where also on sale for half off.

Last night I received these I got on eBay, cleaned them up today and the one bracket is a bit rusty. I could fix them up to look like new, but the new ones I found where a good price and will save me a lot of time.

You drive a tj, we drive a zj. We have more power while you get more shower. We get the v8 while you get there too late. You have 2 doors well, we have 2 more. Ours costs a grand while yours has a price we cant stand.

I'm sure it is on the v8. On the 4.0, mine sets off car alarms. I like it tho.

On topic, I just looked at it wishing I could drive it. Dang zj has no spots to hook a car seat in, so stuck in the gf Hyundai

Just belt it in tight. I do that then run the long back hook to the cargo area, clip on one of the black tie down brackets and yank it as tight as I can. Daughters car seat doesn't budge
