On topic: cleaned some snow off it. Here at campus we got maybe an inch but back home in MI 6-8
thanks for the gesture.

here in GA we relish a good snow--if we have a 4WD and as long as it don't hang around more than a couple of days.

On topic, added 4 new Firestone A/T 235-75/15 gained 1" height over stock 215's. Also new Moog swaybar links and 4 new Monroe loadleveler shocks. Hoping not to loose this one in the snow and spin it into the Indiana limestone.
new tires and shocks for sure, thought about painting these rims up with some rattle can. either silver or black hammer...

the reason i bought this(2nd vehicle) is to go fishing, camping, hiking in.
on the hiking part, it'll be left all alone out in yon wilderness overnight so I don't want it to look too snappy. functionality is key though.

My "new" 93 Waggy. 109k on the clock.
I changed the fluids in the diffs and checked the R/P's, all is good.
Also drained the tranny and put in a new filter. Threw on some new brake pads and shoes.
New fuel filter, hatch bumpers, K&N, coolant level sensor, rear brake/parking lamps.
Replaced e-brake handle, as the old one had the button popped off.
Gonna tune it up and change the oil, but want to run some SeaFoam thru it first.

Changed my brake pads and ordered a front bumper, similar to the KOR tube bumper.
Either today or tomorrow I'll be borrowing a friends garage to adjust my rear pinion angle, I'm having minor vibes at highway speeds. Should be fun in the dark parking unit under his app. building lol not to mention i only have 3" of clearance in there

Changed a tie rod end, a pipe wrench and a vice got involved, so I'm kinda wishing I'd just gotten a new tie rod and new ends.

Calm. C.

If a week goes by without needing to replace something, pinch me because I must be dreaming.

Fitted poly bushes to the front and rear anti-roll bars (sway bars) - however, the Prothane kit had the wrong bushes for the rear links. Luckily I had some I'd bought previously with a Moog link and they were correct. Track bars and xcontrol arms will be done another time.

On the road the difference is clear - much less roll on corners (roundabouts abound here).

Tomorrow is dune bashing day again.

removed my oil pan (5.2) to replace my rear main seal. took longer to remove my muffler pipe from the exh manifolds. damn bolts always get rusted, but a grinder took care of that. the inside of the engine is clean as hell. while im at it, imma replace the oil pump/screen.

Ok thanks mine was packed with dried up mud so I cleaned it out only to find that it's completely stripped. :

Seems like the PO had someone attempt to get them out or something. It was owned by an 80 year old woman it's whole life so I can't imagine she stripped it.

PO was stripping, therefore she is a stripper
