Welcome! Now, get this damn thing to pass emissions so you can plate it and get it out of my driveway!

Death wobble that started when you lifted it would most likely be a caster adjustment.

That is awesome! It also confirms one thing: someday, when I have money to blow, I need to build up the engine in the 5.9 and turbo it

i had dw after putting a 2" bb on my zj too. yes it needed an alignment, but that was not the cause of the dw. check your tie rods, every tie rod. also check your track bar. I replaced all my tie rods with moog and a new rancho stabilizer. i also replaced my track bar bushings. this cleared up the death wobble 100%, then i took it in for the alignment. if i had started with an alignment i would have had to get another one after replacing my steering components. i also replace the drag link and adjusting sleeve with moog.

i think whatever color you paint it, you should paint the grille guard the same color so they match. that would be pretty sweet

All I have in it now is price of the turbo $160. I had all other stuff. The exhaust I made using an old mandrel 2.5 system off another car I kept. I made all the flanges for the turbo myself. I had the inline fuel pump from a previous car years ago. All the oil fittings I had in my misc drawer in my tool box. Lol. Right now it is open down pipe. But I will be hooking it up to the exhaust soon. I have a 2.5in flowmaster exhaust.

Yes it is. I know, I still have some exhaust wrapping to do and a few other odds and ends. I will get more pics for sure. I tell you what tho, the thing pulls hard for stock gearing on 33x12.5's.

That's what I am on and looking to swap in a 44a with 3.73s and a 3.73 D30LP.

Any idea what the cost would be with someone who has never done a turbo before and no parts? Any links to places you have found info for beginners with info and faqs? I am still trying to figure out the whole intercooled vs. non and stuff like that.

Thanks man

One of the guys at work was almost able to claim a huge victory for the ZJ lol. Had a semi out in front of our shop that was stuck on the hill due to a ton of snow we got. Unfortunately he wouldn't even let him try to get it un stuck.....

Where would be a good place to buy all those parts
