Got a set of used and slightly rusted D-Windows. Took rust off and scuffed for paint but decided to bedline them.

Coolant change

Front diff oil change

Replaced mirror glass (the chromatic fluid had leaked all over the old one)

Gave the underside a wash

Fixed in the new spare wheel bracket I got from Ebay!

Wondering whether its worth buying €30 of 75w140 for the rear diff....

Jeep seems happier all round!

New front driver side axle put on last week, still have a loud noise coming from driver side rear and popping sound from under jeep, maybe transmission .......

replaced a driving light bulb in my arb and cleaned the lenses. put some gas in her and drove her around. also used my IPF lights going through the dark sections of my neighborhood

Took the spare and rack off of the roof last night. Swapping jeeps with my sister for the week and she has to get into a parking garage.

Found out that the weight of the spare is denting my roof (NOT COOL). Need to raise it or up beef up the rack somehow. Bummer.

swapped 249 for 242 but i cant get it into all selections even after adjusting the linkage and tweaking the link bar, there is a 93 on the tag does this mean that was the year it was made cuz the salvage yard says its a 96

did you swap the piece that bolts to the tcase for the mode shifter? You must use the piece from the 249. (the long rectangular plate)

Installed an MSD ignition box and Coil.

and cried a little when i saw the gas light come on, and i just put 95$ in it on monday

I cut and rolled the fenders to stop the 31's from rubbing so damn much. Much cheaper and easier than a lift.
