came across this. He works near me, I have given him a JF card but haven't heard anything. He is making a sweet rear bumper/tire carrier.

he's got to be on here. I'll try to take a better pic in some light soon

A viable alternative to sanding and buffing is using a foam pad on a drill with some aluminum polish. The polish is abrasive enough that it will effectively remove a lot of the uv staining but won't damage the plastic. I've done it to two ZJs with headlights of the same condition and they both turned out great. It may cost more to do, but at least you don't have to sand!

took it to go look at another ZJ. a '96 with 2500 miles on fresh rebuild eng and tranny. From what I saw it looked good, a little wear on the seats. A high end laredo, leather, and many goodies, tow package tow hooks, possible upcountry? Man, if I had room money and a reason it just might find it's way to my house.

If it's got skids and hooks, it should have upcountry.

I installed some 1.5'' wheel spacers. Took care of my rubbing issues.

Thanks to 94chb, he sent me a new temperature sensor for my OVHD display. Couple weeks ago the OVHD display was reading 163ºF, then went to SC

94chb sent me the new sensor, I installed it and all is well now!!

And I also cleared my tail lights, I VHTd them, now I will let the clear cure then wet sand them down and polish them

Finally got my DW under control with new LCA bushings. The old bushings were so bad they came out first then the metal sleeve that held the bushing came out last.

what a difference.... night and day..... I can drive on the freeways again

And last night couple buds and I installed my 3" Jegs exhaust. The fit is tighter then what a priest experiences from a 6th grade alter boy. But it fit.

The clamps don't hold very well so this week it looks like i will need some exhaust welding.
