LOL I just stuck it under there to get it out of the way while cleaning up. I had to drain my motorcycles gas tank to swap in a new petcock valve.

Ha, I'll try to get some pics up tomorrow. I'm pretty sure the plugs and wires were from the factory (150K) the way the plugs were burnt down to nothing. Way more power.....still not a hotrod but I can tell the difference in how smooth it's running and how it accelerates.

Put a 2"bb on with Bilstein 5100's. Only took me 6 hours lol. What really kicks you is when you finally get the front spring back in and then you look down and see the bump stop cup laying there lol.

I picked up my replacement drivers side fender so that I can fix the majority of the rust on the entire thing and paint it with some Italian Olive colored paint.

Will look like this, it's my buddies. Everything I decide to do I talk to him and he's already done it............. lmao.

I used the bottle jack to wedge in near the lower control arms and body and pushed the axle down further while I jacked the other end up with the floor jack. Worked really well. I used compressors to slip on the springs when the axle was jacked up and they came right out no fuss. You don't need compressors for the back, after everything is unbolted the springs come right out. I was so happy to get one of the front springs in that I forgot to but the bump stop back in. Doh.

In the front I bought another isolator and sandwiched the BB puck between them to even it out with the rear.

Got the 245 75 16 guard dogs on and they look great. They are a bit larger so they measure out more like 31's. The tire guy said "you know these are six year old tires and will probably wear out in a year". " They don't make mtr's anymore". I said "I know, they are re treads with brand new rubber from Treadwright. He said "ohhhhh I couldn't tell". They gave me the MTR carcass with the guard dog tread.

Fronts done. No spring compressor, I disconnected the lower control arms (one at a time). Had a torn up CV boot so I replaced that too. Gonna have a cigar and then do the rear
