Retail was 800$ plus shipping I found it on craigslist and paid 350$ and the winch I got that hella deal warn had 360$

...and door removal is simple 4 10mm bolts and the wire harness unplugs from the door after ya pull the boot dack and renove the torx bolt from center of plug, them wigle the button for the lights out and remove from plug and lights stay out

Painted grill and from windows down. Also cut the splash guard like Obie95Sahara suggested.

Question though do people re locate that box on the drivers side that was under the bumper ? With the bumper off it doesnt look like such a good place for it to be.

Its a charcoal canister. A vac line runs in it for when the computer opens the little valve on the left front fender. Mines been off for 2 years

Had a final destination moment today. Cruising at about 40 mph when a softball size chunk of metal comes flying right towards me. My windows were down and the piece whizzed probably 8 inches from my head. I heard it whizz, scary ****. Then I heard a loud thud as it hit my car. Managed to just Knick my rear drivers handle. Breaking the handle. My door won't open easily now. So I took my latch apart. Took the handle off, an now I get to wait 3 hours hoping epoxy will work. Get to put it back together hoping I don't have to go to pick n pull cuz vato zone wants $45 just for the handle. Lucky I didn't get hit tho.

That looks awesome! That's something I've never seen done on a ZJ before. I've just always seen it done the way you first had it.. Did you do it on the hatch also, or did you leave that alone?

Alright after finessing the body with a hammer. I got the handle to sit as flush as it probably ever will. Epoxy seemed to do it's job but I need to wait 24 hours before I can tighten the front nut down all the way. Door opens up when I push the button now!
