Mine is out of castor too, but they can be adjusted a little more. But I just removed my driveshaft for the time being to eliminate the shaking.

But I'm still having idle issues. Idle occasionally drops real low when in drive/reverse. Does anyone know if the O2 sensor on a 93 would play a role in how the 4.0 idles? That's like the only thing I haven't replaced, besides injector o-rings. Ignition and fuel systems are pretty much 100% replaced. I can't figure this crap out.
I had this issue with my 5.2 only thing that fixed this was to find a gas station that didnt sell crap gas. May be different for you but once I went 90octane (highest here in AK) from shell I dont sputter or randomly die. *Could also be old Gas cap*

I am confident i can do it with only the lowers. even it means having to cut them and shorten the arms themselves to allow myself a greater range of adjustability

Yea I'll try a different gas station for a while. I also just replaced the cap within the last 10,000 miles with a locking cap after I did the TJ bezel conversion

Have you checked your vac lines? They can suck air and cause it to idle up and down when shifting from park to reverse or drive.

Yea I tried that too. Couldn't find anything. This is the most annoying issue I've ever had...

Have you checked your trans fluid? Mine started getting low and it dropped rpms occasionally then it died once because they dropped so low. It never gave any shift issues though.

Finally got around to changing the brakes and since my headlights came in while I was working on them, I put those on as well. I can finally lock the front brakes up on dry pavement, and the Jeep looks sexy doing it.

Check the before and after:

No doubt I need to realign them though. When I did this to the Laredo, it sent the beams way the hell up.

Finally grenaded the Dana 30 and had a brake caliper lock up or a hose collapse not sure yet didn't look into it. Gonna pic up a pair of 4.10 tj axles for 150 bucks gonna swap the front out and swap the 4.10s into my rear and finally add a locker to my jeep not that it needs it.

Today I put a set of 5.9 leather front seats and a leather console lid into my 96 Laredo. Yesterday I did the back seats and door panels (including chrome handles). It's coming out VERY nice.

I still have to swap the Chrome shifter, leather shift handle, transfer case handle, and emergency brake handle. I'll try to scare up another wood grain shifter bezel, as my extra one is JUNK. I have my eye on eBay for a nice one.

Fixing the latch on the leather console lid was a royal PITA today, but I figured out how to do it.

I also plan on swapping out the mirror guts in my Laredo so the memory mirrors work. I plan on cleaning out the potentiometers before I do the actual swap, as to hopefully head off any problems.

I'll tackle adding heated and memory seats prolly next spring, or maybe sooner if I can find a source for the metal crimp on wire connectors needed for the seat plugs.

Do you guys cut the grass down there in Texas? I'd say you're about due.

The problem with grass here is it won't grow for several weeks, then you'll get a rain storm and 3 days later it'll be up to your knees for no reason.

The other problem with grass here is, my dad insists our 7 year old $100 walmart mower is just fine, even though it hardly wants to start and is trying to shake itself to pieces. (and yes, we have replaced the blade- that's not the issue) And what with owning a Jeep and working on a parts guy salary, I can't afford to get us a working mower.

On the upside, I did get my headlights aimed. **** is so cash.
