If you took steps to make sure the resin properly bonded to the panel, it's probably the strongest part now.

I do hope you wore a NIOSH OV/P95 respirator.

I got it put back together shortly after midnight. Since then I've driven it and pulled the headlight out twice to tweak the alignment of things, and it's rock solid. Now I can spend my header panel money on some new fogs.

And now for the new fogs. Front end looks pretty much like it's supposed to now.

I went to change my radiator today only to find that it's actually my condenser that's bad. At least the condenser is cheaper... I think it's only going to cost me like $6 something to ship this radiator back to Rock Auto as well. While I was putting everything back together, I did install my new fan clutch and shroud and pull all the crap out of there that was for my e-fan. It failed on my in traffic once and on trails twice. 3 strikes and it's out.

Ran out of bedliner.. I didn't realize it was going to take over two full cans :O top coat ended up being rubberized underbody coating, so I'll see how it turns out.. This will be interesting. Worst case, sand it down a little and add new top coats.

After:

Yes, there are shadows messing with the after pic, it wasn't painting errors BTW

It was either bedline my current headliner or fork out $350 for a poly injection molded black shell to get what I like

Picked up 4 sway bar end links for the front of both ZJs yesterday along with a foot of 1" x 0.25" HREW so I can lengthen them.
If the wind dies down I'll get them all welded up.
But it's been windy all day, so that doesn't look promising...
That's okay, because I actually made progress on the YJ since it's too windy to mig weld.

I'd would either cover it with headliner material or sand it down smooth and paint it so it looked smooth.

I'm not a fan of the unfinished fiberglass textured look. To each their own..
