I have a 95 zj and I just bought a 3 inch budget boost lift and 31s. My question is will I need longer control arms in back and what backspacing do I need for no rub without bumper trimming

Here we go again. You can get away with stock arms but it might give you driveline vibes without adjustable uppers. You need to extend your rear spring post so you dont drop a coil. If you have a cv front shaft you need to convert it a ujointed shaft and adjustable track bars would be a big help/good idea and at least 3.75 bs to not rub and even then it will be close.

Who needs a jack? JKS ACOS install in about 30 minutes at the loading dock after work today.

Flexed out to remove the coil:

Finished product, gonna get slightly taller springs so I don't have to run the spacers as low as they are now:

Yeh I figured if the pile of parts I have on my desk is going in I might as well do everything.

Moab today. I shortened my front driveshaft by 4" and it should work out great. No more cv joint. Yes Im going to install it when I get there. Its perfectly straight and I used a sawzall!

Alignment too.

changed diff fluid in the rear. The nasty oil the PO had in there was casuing it to bind up. Also body matched the diff covers. The OE ones on the 9er where looking pretty bad. I still had my stock covers from the WJ so I painted them and threw them back on. Had some paint left over so I painted the fuse cover as well. Just a few small things to hold me over until I get all my parts gathered for the real build to start

fresh oil, fresh fuel filter (was the original and it was like chocolate milk) and fixed the computer notification center. Running Good.

I take it the original fuel filter was sending some very dirty fuel to the fuel rail!

Well I gathered up the gear oil I didn't use for the jeep diff fluid changes and was going to do the truck.. Yeah, there's no way to fill it up! There is aboslutely no fill hole anywhere I could find, not on top, not in the diff cover, not on the sides, nowhere.. So apparently I need to get a different diff cover so that I can do a simple fluid change on it... I'm so glad we don't have that kind of engineering idiocy on the jeeps!

Detailed the interior. I like a clean Jeep.

If only the hose weren't busted, so I could have washed the outside.

I also topped off the refrigerant. Should blow colder now.

Is there a way to fix a leaky diff filler cap for the rear?
