It should be just the harness that plugs into the pcm to the engine and the pcm for the 5.9 you can use your 44re trans or you can upgrade to the 46rh if you want but the 44 should hold up just fine. The only difference between the 5.2 and 5.9 is the bore and stroke plus bigger you could put the 5.9 heads and throttle body on the 5.2 bottom end and get some extra torque and power

Does anyone know the stock size for exhaust pipes on a 96 4.0?

In stock form, the heads and throttle body on the 5.2 and 5.9 are identical. The 5.2 cam is a tiny bit hotter, but not much (and certainly not enough to warrant swapping it into a 5.9).

Just thought I should share, unfortunately couldn't snap a picture but driving through ct to a job site came across the Georgetown vol. fire department where that had a zj with probably a BB lettered with strobes all over it...never seen that around here

That's odd... I got four separate tracking numbers for one order. Just lift parts for the zj.

Realized that after the pretty heavy storm we had this morning, there may be a small leak somewhere in the Jeep above my drivers seat. I've got leather seats and some of the piping is a bit worn, sat down and immediately realized that the foam soaked up some water. No where else in the car seems to be wet though. I've got a sunroof so I'm wondering if that's the culprit?

IRO HACK AND TAP SYE Vs. CV Cardon drive shafts
What should I do guys my entire lift and crossmember is IRO and I've got a JrMechanic built 242 with vibration after 45mph. I've looked at both options and the IRO is alot of work but i know the vibe will go away and with the CV Shaft is no work at all but i might still have a lil vibration. I'm stuck with this decision and i need a lil help from the elders on the forum please.

There is no other place for water to get in up there besides the sunroof. Maybe a clogged drain. I would get a bucket of Damp Rid and leave it in your ZJ with the windows up out of the sun.If you have to leave it in direct sun then leave the windows open. It can steam up and your headliner will fall down.

Filled it up and ordered some new speakers. All 6 for $160 shipped. Some Pioneer speakers at EJ's suggestion.

They'll be hear Saturday.
