You need to wait and get your hands on this sick beast.......They are making a trail hawk version of the Renegade also, pictured here. It will probably be the most capable Jeep to roll of the factory floor in a while.

Found the reason for my recent wandering issue. Lost a pin to my front passenger side disco and the link came out.

It won't be sarcastic when a beefy stock Renegade out wheels your ZJ!

I don't like that color. Or that angle. Or the fact that it's so blatantly obvious it's a Fiat.

But it would be pretty badass when someone ponies up the work of swapping to solid axles and 37's etc.

I think the Renegade its ugly and it looks smaller than the Cherokee. Plus I've owned an XJ & a ZJ so I like the idea of a Cherokee.

I will probably have to sell my ZJ to a private party (preferably a member here) since most dealerships in MN won't take a vehicle with a salvage title in on trade. Also have to check if my dad gets a discount on Jeeps and leased vehicles (he works for a Dodge, Jeep, Ford & Lincoln dealership).

How much did you get for it? Cause I bought mine for about $4200. Pretty spendy... but the only 5.9 I've seen for sale for years. And I sold my 4Runner for $5k. Bought for $1800 lol.

In Oct 2013, I did an even trade - 2005 Liberty 130k V6 2WD for a my current 1995 GC 180k V8 4WD. I think I got the better of the deal. More room, more power, more climbing ability. But I did take that Liberty through a mudhole that was up to the rockers and did not get stuck. That is let me know that Jeep was the vehicle for me for life.

Looks like I am going to have to remove the front upper control arms to reinstall the exhaust as it is completely on the ground and will not squeeze back up between them. Changed the oil pump and oil pan gasket.

I am fairly confident in saying a stock KL Trailhawk would out wheel a stock ZJ. Sure, it might not flex, but it's got so many driver aids that our ZJs didn't come with That being said, I wouldn't trade my ZJ for one. I would, however, trade my wife's Terrain for one in a heartbeat.
