Replaced the lower rad hose last night after it split. Drove it 200 miles today. Also, she feels real good up to 110 MPH.

So you made it there in under two hours I assume?

Today I met up with some local ZJs and tested my recent suspension changes. Everything checked out, time for long arms in the rear.

Let's see it! What did you end up using?

Drove it, noticed the gas light came on. Such is the life of a Jeep owner.

Its not much to see i used 1,5mm sheetmetal and bent it to match the curve of the rocker, cut out the rusted metal and welded the new piece in.

I even got a little serious and folded the edge on the rocker that i was welding the new piece to so that you wont be able to see where the old and new meets.
But if you want i can take a pick of it tomorrow and mark out where the new piece is.

I'm not taping anything off. I have 5% tint on the rear doors and sides, and 3% on the hatch. I already can't see backing up at night.

Thanks! Full info is in the build thread at the bottom of my signature, it's a combo of mostly IRO parts, RE springs, Rustys track bars. Here's the footage from yesterday's test run with some bonus footage of other local ZJs:

Went to the junkyard and scavenged up all the door wiring harnesses for my 93 so now I got a spare even one that the wires are all intact not a single crack. So finally my power windows work again but the power locks still don't work...

Been down this route. Three of my four doors have donor harnesses now, and the odd one out has a temp repair job done to it. I've found good luck with the 95 harness, they used a different, larger gauge wire on some of the connections, at least in my personal experience.

I was amazed at how good mine felt right up to 115, when that speed governor kicks it it really kicks though.
