I don't have wheeling plans until next month. LSJC's having a run up to Bridgeport on 4/19 so I'm trying to get it off. No promises. Such is retail.

Used it as a radio while I replaced the water pump and rad hoses on the truck. I almost pulled out the radiator to get that bloody ****** lower house off, that thing had to be cut off before the port broke off.. Maybe tomorrow/today, the jeep will get new cables, plugs and fresh oil. If I get that 5th tire, a rotation will be in order. This whole week has been jacked so haven't been able to do anything yet

So I just recently bought my first roof rack. Going to be getting it up there in the next couple days. My question is what do you guys do to tie down your spare tire to the rack? I want something safe so no one can walk away with it. And GO! Thanks guys!

Went all hypocritical today... I'm very against tinted tail lights because they're a pain in the *** to see. That being said, I'm sick of looking at my ZJ with bright red tail lights so I bought a can of Rust-Oleum lens tint for them. It's the same stuff I used years ago to tint my signal lamps up front so I know it'll hold up against abuse. I've scraped them against trees, brush, and put them through countless brushed car washes and it's held up. Here's to joining the ranks of idiocy and hoping I don't get rear ended or get a ticket. What's this thing all the kids say? YOLO or something like that?

Haven't done anything to mine in awhile since buying my new summer toy. However since I was waiting to buy some things to get my car ready for summer, my Jeeps tans decided to gush trans fluid everywhere. So it's back in the shop yet again.

Most use tie downs and/or a bike lock. I'm gonna pick up a cable style bike lock to keep it from being jacked and two tow straps to hold it down.

Worked on the jeep a little gotta get a wiring harness from the body to door and the door wiring pins got corroded and half broke off lol. and still can't get the clutch pedal to bleed going to return the clutch masted I bought pretty that's the culprit. Also while out running around picked up a nice 1943 German k98 Mauser

Bled my brakes to get some fresh fluid through the system. I also got a tank of the best mpg I've ever gotten from the niner: 23.6 mpg over 160.6 miles with the cruise set at 66 mph (and a very nice tailwind). Yes, that's hand calculated. Previous records were 22.5 mpg and 21.8 mpg. I honestly thought the fuel gauge was stuck when it took 110 miles to get off the top peg and start moving...

On my car my taillights are lightly tinted didnt want them to dark. But I taped off the reverse a rear of the light so I can still see at night when backing up lol.

Jeeps been running good so I decided to test it and drive a couple hundred miles to visit family. She ran good, really good. And i got 17 mpg on that tank. Ordered a cable I need for my Alpine unit to use the Bluetooth phone capabilities.
