I love white lettering tires with black wheels. Assuming it's a decent font etc.

Yes! My 242 showed up in one piece in great condition. Same production month as my ZJ even. Tested on the ground, goes into all modes and came with the shift tab. It is an external slip yoke though. Good thing I'm very precise with a sawzall

Not sure why, but my ZJ seems to catch nearly every other person's eye when I'm out driving. About as much as the 4Runner did. But that thing was perfect cosmetically. It was TOO NICE for me to feel good about wheelin it.

I accidentally ordered a 10k lb winch kit with wireless remote, even came with the leather gloves. It appears to be a little nicer then the HF Badlands winch but it was only $150

Where did you find that deal??

OT: I picked up my artec trussed 8.8 last night. Gonna try and set it up to get some paint on it this weekend. Then the new brake parts can go on and then finally get my rig road worthy again.

Gave it a quick little clean. Any reccomendations other than kolaks exhaust for the 5.2 v8 aftermarket exhaust?

If you're on a budget, just put on a Flowmaster 40 for some great sound. Do a free flowing cat too if needed.

Cheaper than a flowmaster, about $45 I think it was - 3" thrush welded as a replacement for my rotted out dynomax. Perfect for me.

(First part is the dynomax)

IRO has a 3" tailpipe for right around $100. Flowmaster 2.25" in 3" out merge collector for $40. Thunderbolt 3" cat for $40. Your flavor of 3" muffler for $50-$100. Boom. 3" header back system for under $300.

For a couple more skins you can get non-smashed down pipes from your local non-skirt wearing muffler shop technician.

Only if you never drive at highway speed for more than 5 minutes at a time. The 40 is downright droney at highway RPM.

The 40 also has to be insanely loud. My 70 wasn't quiet (but not obnoxious either) when I first put it on (and yes, there's a cat in front of it). After the heads / cam, it became LOUD (to the point where I'm going to need to add a resonator to quiet it down, although it's not particularly droney). A 40 would probably not be much better than running straight pipes.

My Magnaflow (part number in my info) sounds great with the 5.2. It's loud when I romp on the gas, very tolerable at cruising speeds, and not bad when I'm normally driving. Idle is also rather tolerable. I do feel bad if I start up my ZJ early in the morning because that's rather loud.

EDIT: On a side note, I ordered a few hockey pucks to mod my bump stops. Now I gotta find my rear extensions that might be at my parents' house. Hopefully they're there somewhere, otherwise I guess I'll be buying some new ones.

Went to drive the jeep today and no clutch pedal wtf!!! It felt better with the leaking master the with the new one I bled it at least 20 times and pumped the pedal at least 400!! And it seems if I let it sit the pedal goes away but it doesn't lose fluid or leak I don't understand in not getting any more air out of it so not sure what's going on!
