It's always "here's a lift with the tire size you're kind of looking for. It looks nice" lol.
I'm on 31 10.5s and they rub with factory wheels. Pretty sure the niners had the same backspacing so you will probably rub. Its only at full lock. Just learn the point at which they rub and don't turn that fat. Some parking lots make it so I have to do a 3 point turn to get in though.

Jeep is running rough. Sounds like it's missing. But I'm not sure yet. Picked up a fuel filter, gonna try that first. I replaced the distributor a few days ago, and it ran fine, then started acting up, and has slowly progressed worse and worse. So I'm hoping it's the filter. On another note, I found myself a 99 intake manifold for $30 at the local U - Pull - It and I can get a used JY head for $65 there. Port and polish here I come.

Got a laundry list for this weekend/today.

Picked up a thrush welded (as opposed to..? Lol) muffler to replace the splitting 3" dynomax that seems to have been repaired several times already. Hope it's a little louder.

Picked up a case of ATF +4 and a filter kit for the trans

Got a couple quarts of valvoline synpower 75w140 and a bottle of friction modifier.

Found out the 249 is filled with 90w or something. (Wtf??) Guess I'll see what I can do. Maybe that's why it grinds so badly and binds?

Edit: also grabbed a craptastic cone filter because the top half of the airbox has a hole in it. Oh well.

I took off my busted sway bar link so it will at least stop clunking around until the replacements arrive. Also attempted to replace my brake pads. Couldn't do my passengers side because the caliper is frozen but that actually explains a lot. The boot on the piston is all torn up, I don't see any signs of brake fluid but it's the only logical place for my minor leak to be.

Ffffff note to self: don't wear nitrile gloves under welding gloves. Globs of molten filler will sit there while you try to remove both.

New muffler in though, pics later. Sounds the same but a little louder And a tiny bit more aggressive. I like it.

Check the quality of the gas in your tank, how old is the gas?

About a week. I was thinking the gas too. She died on me. Left me stranded. My Rotor was burned all the way through. Not sure how...

Took my pot-hole destroyed tire to check and see if it could be fixed, apparently the sidewall was pinched causing the tire to be irreparable. Can't afford a new tire currently so I figured I'd drive on the full size spare for a bit. Drove out to my cousins grandmothers house to lend a hand and drove over the remains of their broken mailbox post, piercing another one of my tires.

Not going to lie, I flipped.

Settled down and called my brother. I now know that Jeep Liberty rims fit on a ZJ. Luckily we have the same size spares. I am now riding in my spare and his, and my hatch is full of two punctured tires.

Washed the new 5 speed for the first time today. Wasn't ever a big fan of red, but it's growing on me.

Got bored during a slow spell at work.
Decided to see just how firm the snow banks were.
Solid as concrete, so I flexed her a little between customers.
