Looks like the hole wallowed a little bit, maybe the Johnny Joint, but doubtful. Those things are solid. I bet your bolt/nut combo wasn't tight enough when you did the installation. Replace the bolt for sure.
Get a bigger impact wrench and tighten that sucker down really good. I don't foresee any catastrophic failure at all there. You should have grade 8 hardware there. Gotta get up pretty early in the morning to shear it....well, unless you're Arlo
Worst case, you might have to throw a skinny washer in there to take up some slop.

What did you use to paint your grill and did you sand it first? Mine is chrome and want it black
Yeah I sanded it first but it was already black, not sure what kind of a difference yours being chrome would make. I just used a can of black spray paint. I used rocker guard for my push bar and on the wood grain trip on the dash and that turned out really good too so you might want to look into that.
EDIT: squazz, its angry cause I cant drive/wheel it!
