Only if you're a dwarf I'm short and can touch any part of my engine bay without a ladder lol. Mines stock height I know yours is to.

At 5'6", I am always standing on something when I'm under the hood of my ZJ. About the only time I don't is oil changes and air filter changes. Everything else is pretty much out of my reach. When it was stock, stuff was easier.

Put my 52mm TB on the niner because I just couldn't wait for the rest of the goodies. Cut the s-bolt that came with it a little too much, so I ran to Lowes, got myself another threaded rod, bent it, cut it, and now it's all buttoned up.

I did it all without standing on ****.

Bent threaded rod is the way to go. Easiest thing to do. Or you could trim the stock junk like I did. If you are bored. Looking at it now I guess I could cut the rest off. But I would rather drink beer.
