When spring arrives I'll get to bedlining the cladding and the bumpers as well.
Where exactly are you trying to ground your lights?

Well when I had them on my last ZJ I grounded them on the torx bolt that mounts the side rail to the roof. That worked fine, only that same bolt is stripped on this one so I need another option that won't require running more cable.

I did mine yesterday, drill a small hole in the roof rack track side and then ground them there with a self tapping screw

Making it's parts needs list tonight.
Going tomorrow to the pick-a-part JY in hopes they still have a few ZJs(last time I went they were crushing like mad) left.

Let's see:
Front drive shaft(u-joint style, preferably v8 model)
Multi function switches
Wiper delay modules
Spare PCMs(can never have too many)
Fuel door release cable(wife's ZJ)
I6 exhaust manifold(wife's)
Console lid
Turn signal and corner markers that don't leak
Headlights that are less yellowed than mine
Any random screws/bolts/switches/relays/etc.

Since I'm going to spend some time there anyway...
Anyone need a 231 bezel, or a 231 t-case?

Got her back out of the shop I work at. New output seal, range sleeve, shift range fork and and linkage adjustment. So now I shouldn't have anymore transfer case issues.

Best of all is my dads taking care of the bill as a birthday present so I can use my next two checks towards a new car.

Got my steering wheel controls to work with the alpine head. Now I want to do that on the green one too.

Did you use an adapter? I think the price of the adapter is the main reason I've not upgraded the head unit. I love the steering wheel controls, but the tape player on my stock unit quit on a trip to Iowa this past year and I hate not having the auxiliary input!

On topic,
I'm probably going to drive it to school tomorrow due to the slightly snow covered roads. Also, I hate my economical, front wheel drive, slooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooow 99' Nissan Sentra.

planned the heater control to radio switch and while i was doing that my e fan power wire from the 6 way distribution block wire burnt and changed the end of it in the smoke shop parking lot in about 3 minutes

i thought it would be a good tough wire because its from one of those cheapy jumper cables but nope

looks like im gonna be doing a full accessory wiring revamp as soon as it gets over 50* pita but i need to anyways to get those stock fogs working again along with the amp wire grommet i need to drill

probly make a new 1/2 din switch panel for 6 switches and put it under or on top of the single din sony h\u i got for it

When I got my ZJ, I didn't install my Alpine until my PAC adapter came. That was the best $50 I ever spent. After about 3 years though, I had to reprogram it. It's been going good for another year after the reprogram.

On topic: I'm probably going to drive it to work today because the roads around here were terrible last night and this year, for whatever reason, northwest Indiana has really sucked at clearing them. I don't know what the condition of the highways is either and I'd feel a lot more comfortable in my ZJ than in my temporary 2 wheel drive, Hemi, no traction control, no ABS, limited slip Ram work truck with worn Wrangler HPs... My ZJ is clean and salt free right now, needs gas, and I have to pay for it. The Ram is company paid for gas and tolls. Decisions, decisions.
