Just search on A/C leak and you should find the answers you are looking for...This forum ROCKS!!!

I did the drill - coat hanger - rubber plug method only to watch to leak out the sides! The cleaned out all the insulation behind the evap drain and sealed it with a ton of black silicone. (make sure you use the automotive and not household stuff!) and stuff it in there GOOD!

Good Luck!! -and make sure you get rid of all the mold!!!! <-I didn't post those pics...

Installed LED's in my dash. They look good. Still got more lights to replace, climate control, glove box, door lights all to be LED's.

id say black everything out but the reverse and do 2-3 coats MAX! i did 4 coats and looked really nice until one night my gf was driving and got pulled over mr.popo said it was too dark, he could barely see the light so i had to take it off.. but now im thinking about doin it again but this time im gunna do the quad brakelight mod and replace all the bulbs with led's

I washed the Jeep and cleaned the inside

Then I toom my air box off, the little snorkel that allows air to enter the air box, I trimmed it back taking that little curve out so the air has a straint shot into the air box
