I used a piece of chain and used an existing bolt to bolt the chain to and a exhaust clamp to hold it and in the rear ro keep it from hitting my shock. I parked it next to a brick wall and used a jack on the wall and exhaust to forcefully push the exhaust to the left away from the shock and used exhaust clamps on that as well it had enough play in it to let it move but not to much that it makes noise.

maybe you should install an o-pipe for your exhaust if it keeps rattling. oh, and dont forget to check your cross drilled brake lines and make sure your 710 cap is tight.

Found some pics taken of me at truck night friday:

Here's a shot in the parking lot friday:

Got a few stumps and shrubs pulled out after work today.

And I got some good work done on my rockers/boatsides today.

Tackin' it up

Tacked into place

Stuck covers on the ends

And after a few min of grinding:

I'm sealing them up solid, going to run hoses from each side to the hatch area and use them as air tanks for reinflating tires or air tool use.

I've also got a winch bumper I'm building (I used the google sketchup plans that were in a thread here on the forum) at my buddies that should be getting close to done here soon. After that is skids and rear bumper. Then I'm dropping the BB and going a F>R swap.

As well as u joint halfshafts, tcase swap, and a bunch of other little mods.
Should I just start a build thread? Or will that make me want to spend more money on her? lol

I rewired the my Taurus fan today using a DC controls controller to control the fan. This is way better than how I had it wired up originally, thankfully I had never forgotten too long to turn it on, but now I don't have to worry about it.

Also, installed the Crawlerready motor mounts, thank goodness. I knew my motor mounts were fubar'd, but the stockers came out in two pieces on both sides. Those combined with the new OEM tranny mount, have gotten rid of quite a bit of the clunking I was having. Started rebuilding my double cardan DS, and realized that I had neglected to get the constant velocity rebuild kit, so I'll finish that up tomorrow. All that's left to do short term is finish doing the DS u joints and install new steering/balljoints. I have to have this done by the weekend because I'll be wheeling next weekend and the weekend of the 4th...

Changed the fuel filter, was going to change injectors but the filter took 2 hours.

(Rust, couldn't use my normal method of Oxy torch for obvious reasons.)

HIDs in regular headlight housings should be illegal. They are designed to work in projector headlights, not standard headlights... just my 2 cents...
