I like #1, but if my first, middle, or last name was CORBEAU, then #2 all the way.

With #1 I would see if the "TRAIL RATED" emblem fit in that circular label.

Drove it to work and killed the transmission when I got there. Probably shouldn't have pounded on it so hard when the transmission was already weak. Oh well to the junkyard it goes. This one is too rough to put a transmission in. More concerned with putting money into my WJ at the moment.

Got all my retrofit parts.

Got an amazing deal on everything so far. I had 2 Phillips ballasts and D2S bulbs laying around, got the projectors for $80, wiring harness for $35, headlights for $65. Going to be a totally awesome retrofit.

Paint name is slate. They are awesome trucks i love mine. Do a 242 transfer case swap, so much more fun having the 2 wheel drive option lol. Chances are the 249 in it is shot anyway.

Just had this one since September, took our first road trip in it over the holiday --850 miles into subzero temperatures. Worked great though the heater had to work hard to keep comfortable.

Drove it to my new job today in Elgin, IL. That's quite a drive from Schererville, IN. It performed really well. My overhead lied and said 19.8 mpg. It hasn't read that high ever. This is my first highway trip with my e-fan and fixed intake manifold gasket. I'll fill up tomorrow morning and see what I actually averaged. Also, cold Duratracs, wet pavement, and Aussie lockers don't get along. I was definitely getting some slippage on turns under really light throttle on my lunch. My warm tires this morning were fine. I'm going to blame it on tire temp.

Think my trans is on it's way out. Parked on a slight incline just now, put it in park and it started rolling backwards and kinda hopped. Like it wasn't catching park. It did this once before about 4 months ago but I adjusted the slack out of the shift cable and it seemed to fix it

God it hurts. Physically and emotionally. Also I can't get the sway bar links aligned with the sway bar.
