got that launch you know oh yeah you captain a 4.0 so this is all irrelevant to you

do the 5.9 swap and you may get it after a few runs
No, that's not fast dude. I have a 5.2 Dakota with mods and a 5 speed and it's slow as hell. Your scale of "fast" is very skewed.

On another note, I found a 5.9 with 154k miles in almost perfect condition that I can get for less then $4000

If it was a V8 camaro, you wouldnt stand a chance in the 5.2 ZJ, i wouldnt stand a chance in my moded 5.9 ZJ. Thats assuming it's a newer body style, newer than 93. The 82-92 camaro even with the V8 was in the 16's stock. Was either a V6 which is a pig or he wasnt trying. The 5.2 does make good power, they launch pretty good, then fall on their face up top. A little work can solve those problems though.

I bought it with the mods but it's got intake, headers, catback, traction bars.

Needs heads, cam, larger throttle body and some to get some power out of it.
