replaced a hub/bearing that the shop broke when they replaced a balljoint , had to have the lady start it and step on the brake while i stood on the breaker bar to loosen the tq on it

took it for a test and it turns in better and dosnt whine when i slow down quickly

I'm only 42, so I'll be able to enjoy lots of activities with her before I'm old and decrepit.

I can't wait 'til she's old enough to take wheeling, but I've got a few years before she's ready for that.
42's a bit young for grandpa. My dad's 42 and I think that's pretty young. Congrats on the grandkid, though. You'll have plenty of years to get to know the kid and for her to get to know you. Teach her right, gramps!

Congrats on the baby Main! 42 is not to young to be a grandparent. But it is plenty of time to be one!

OT: smoked an S2000 a cpl times playing street light hopscotch on the way home. Totally not like me, but fun nonetheless!

Schizo, My brother is 45 and just had his first child this year... He loves it, but he told me the other day that he wished he had had kids sooner in life... He realized he's gonna be 63 when his daughter graduates high school.
I'll be 60 when my granddaughter graduates.
The best part with her being a granddaughter is, I can give her back to her parents when she wears me out.

Thanks a bunch guys! Can't say it enough!

I picked up my ZJ last night around 7 P.M. and today, me and the help of my buddie installed 2 Alpine Type S 12's in a ported box and a 1200 watt soundstream amp that fits nicely under the rear seat. Not much, but it's just the begining

Have sent all morning looking at the new 13' JKUR's and 13' WK2's to add to the family tree. I went in with the ZJ and they ask if I was thinking about trading it in as it was a lot older model and it was probably not going to last any longer. I couldn't stop laughing and told them to keep their 35k+ JKUR and have a great day....Maybe I will just go buy another ZJ... I hate TX for raking up the price on JEEP's because we live here.

Nothing to mine but I put in a new starter in the girlfriends 96 zj. She was getting tired of hitting the starter with a hammer every morning. Also put 4 new GoodYear Wrangler Authority A/ts 31x10.50s on it. Adjusted the steering gearbox so she wont have to make a half turn of the wheel to stay in her lane.

I can't believe I miss snow... This weather in GA is horrible! I hate it! I'd rather be in Montana where it's 9* and snowing right now!!
