I mean a drag tip so that you can just drag the tip across a jig and the metal to get a perfect cut.

It's this one http://store.snapon.com/Heavy-Duty-P...y-P645502.aspx

I didn't buy it, I thought this one was a huge waste of money... lol. I'm pretty much the only one that's used the damn thing and only once.

I'm much better at using an acetylene torch for cutting lol

You need a cutting tip, thats what you use to cut a perfect edge. Most likely you have a gouging tip right now. Thats a good plaz cutter, get the right tip and you should have no trouble making a very clean cut into 3/16 It's all about speed, once you learn the machine and how it likes to be used, you'll slice through the metal like butter.

A plasma cutter is much faster then a grinding wheel tool.
I used a track torch years ago perfect lines but takes a little more time to setup.
Freehand using Clamps and some sort of guide are the way to go if doing it yourself.
I don't have anywhere I could cut steel any longer so that's why I'm looking for a fabricator to do it for me.

I don't think they're such a thing as a mint vehicle over 6 or 7 years old coming from Wisconsin. You just didn't see pics of the rust. Northern Wisconsin is one of my favorite parts of the country. Rusty cars is one of the things that has stopped me from moving up there, not that the armpit of America is much better...

And to ask again, how long have you been selling spark plugs?

Orvis's are great Jeeps. Nice ones are hard to come by. 93 Grand Wagoneers are pretty cool, too. Performance wise they're both the same as every other stock ZJ out there, but they've got that cool factor a Laredo or Limited doesn't have. I even think the 93-95 SEs are pretty cool just because you don't see a lot of them. What's your reason for thinking poorly of them?

I thought about installing my cb, but finished my new work bench instead.

Tomorrow I'll start on the cb.

I've done a lot of cutting with a grinder...it's a pita but if you just keep it moving it goes pretty quick

Jeep is stalling, in cold weather, during the first 20 min of driving. It doesnt always do this. But what i can say is that the car has never stalled 1.) In weather above 50DEG or 2.) After it has been driven for 20+ min. Sometimes it dies at idle, sometimes from 3k rpms it just dies suddenly the rpms wind down, throttle wont save it. Ive been doing lots of work on my Jeep, i would really love to use it this winter, as of now i cant take it to work, stalls in rush hour. Just need a diagnosis before i start replacing things left and right.

Things considering after reading up:
Throttle Position Sensor
Clean Throttle Body
Fuel Pump

Things done:
Cleaned IAC
Replaced Crank Pos. Sensor

What about the sensor that screws into the actual intake manifold. I can't remember the damn name of the thing at the moment, but that could potentially cause this.
