Fired her up for the first time in a week. Started up without hesitation and on the first try too, even with the very cold nights.

Then drove her the 4 blocks to the police department and renewed my registration.

Also just slapped on my JF.com stickers. One on each side.

I really didn't do a build thread, it's nothing special...lol
I will do a small thread with a few details and a couple of pics.

Today I put in a new 195 thermostat and so far no difference in the gauge, still reads the biggest line between 100 and 210. I guess this thing just doesn't run warm. I will have to shoot it with the infrared temp gun though just to double check it's actual temperature.

Replaced the radiator cap. It hadn't been running hot, about 180* according to the gauge, but I noticed antifreeze on the hood insulation.
Also adjusted the rubber stops on the hatch to try and keep it from rattling around over bumps.

Sent from...wait, where am I?

Changed oil, changed front diff oil, painted diff cover. Fixed the front end pop (lower track bar bolt). Painted rear diff axel and got the fog light working.

Not that it's anything special.

Finally got the fenderwell hole cut to fix my A/C water leak. I know, I know, its ugly. I cut too low from the start. But finally got it. I went ahead and siliconed around it for the night. Tomorrow I'll get a small piece of hose and extend the nipple, put another layer of silicone, and then cover the hole with some scrap metal.

Looks good. I was worried about crap building up in the tube if i did it that way. I wouldve used a grnder or sawzall, but all I had was a hole saw lol. Nice and roomy though to fill with silicone

2 1/4 BB, 31x10.50's, shim the steering stops, extend your rear bump stops (if you disco the rear offroad) and love it!

I'm so paranoid that the water is gonna end up back in my floorboard that I check it out everytine I'm out in the sand for clogs. Haven't seen any signs of an issue yet. Would love a gromet for it but don't really know where to look.
