Man, every time I see that cloth interior, I want to swap out my leather. I think I am the only one? Haha.

On topic: Checked my fluids, tire pressure, loaded it up with tools and am embarking on a 1200 mile round trip to Iowa tonight at 1:30am. My fathers idea to drive straight there and back, in 24 hours. Wish me luck!

That looks oddly better than I had pictured in my mind. How hard was it to get off?

Very easy, I followed a tutorial/write-up on here for it.

It does look worse in person than in the far away picture theres a bunch of studs that stick out on the doors and two holes in the rear doors and there are spots where the clips and the cladding wore the paint down to primer from years of rubbing and vibrations.

I took them off to start prepping for exterior Monstaliner on it. I am going to cut the studs off that hold the clips on the doors and grind them smooth and fill the two 1/4" holes in the rear doors and take care of a couple rust issues and Chassis saver the rust spots before I Monstaliner it.

Spent 30 minutes power washing the mud off from the weekend. Also peeled the plasti dip off the wheels that I just did last week.

while u were writing this I had bought 20a's burned thru 3 of em & a shop owner (German auto repair I got to by shutting off the engine at a couple stop lights & heat on defrost full blast, so it never got over 210*) had mercy on me & found a 30a fuse which did the trick! Just like u suggested.
Fist pump & WOO! Shout & I was on my way.

I'm impressed too cuz the fan runs a while after shutting off the motor which I really didn't think it would do with this setup but I guess that is how the thermo-relay operates which is awesome!

Happy my water pump (freed of clutch fan) & thermostat (180* now) are leak free & workin. Pics of all this later.

I'll hafta work on the fan mount soon tho as I think the bottom of the WJ fan is scraping the radiator fins when it starts up. That & zip ties against the edges of the radiator will likely not hold up for long :P
