I only grounded one side of mine and it seems to work fine.
I suppose it wouldn't hurt to ground them to the brackets on the motor. They were grounded through there before.

I'm starting to wonder if something isn't right with the wiring. I keep seeing on here to check the wire from the alt to the batt. The only wire I see going from the batt to the alt is from the negative terminal. the positive wire from the alt looks like it goes to the PCM. Is that how it is supposed to be? Got + wires from the battery fuse box and to starter. Gonna clean the connections at the fuse box tomorrow too.

$5 tinted license plate cover. lol

Odd. Considering the other numerous things he could have actually given me a ticket for lol I hung the warning on my wall, to remind me hat I live in a redundant and boring small tourist town.

I believe they are illegal in all sates. If you know you have other things on the Jeep that are illegal, why attract more attention to yourself with something as stupid as a tinted place cover? Just take it off to avoid being pulled over for it, them seeing the other things, and giving you an even bigger ticket. If you dont, you get what you asked for.

It's just hilarious... I got a V8, with a straight piped exhaust with a side exit. Lifted 4.5". LED Off road lights. No front license plate. Tinted windows. Tires wider then my fenders and with no fender flares. No insurance card on me.

Plus I'm sure theres other "laws" my jeep breaks. Yet I got stopped for a $5 license plate covered, and only got a warning for it.

Don't ever move to a tourist town. Especially the Dells. After the summer peak time is over they go after the stupidest **** they can lol

First time Ive been stopped in years actually. It's just them being bored is all. Hence a written warning and not really caring. I speed past them all everyday, and they careless. haha
