I got the front 6" lift all in except the track bar. I built a new double shear mount and am making it adjustable but I ran out of gas and so did the mig welder!

Today, I installed my TJ bezel in place of the fuel door. Looks great! And the guy at the dealership tossed in some bada$$ hex head bolts to give it a real slick look. Only had a small issue with the install, with it not being 100% flush. Maybe its just me.

Also finished up my antenna mount install and routed the coax to the CB. Now, just have to go buy me another antenna!

Installed new stereo head unit, fixed rear window wiper and hatch window release,(problems related to each other) Finally got interior light working correctly(related to rear hatch window release, and a bad LR door switch) Upgraded to auto rear view mirror. replaced front speakers in doors, replaced donut with full sized spare, and cleaned some crap out out of it.

Tomorrows plans include install XM radio and power outlets, additional cup-holders, and upgrade to heated door mirrors.

It was a busy day

Hell of a day! A thought to be free brake replacement job done by myself turned into an $80 dollar job.

I'm now boycotting O'reilly. 3 years ago I bought brake pads from them with a lifetime warranty, they stopped producing those brakes and they wouldn't replace them for me or upgrade me even after I offered to pay the difference as long as the warranty transferred. The sales associate seemed to have no idea how to handle customer problems or take some initiative in the situation. So, I went ahead and bought new pads at Autozone then tried to get my front rotors turned which resulted in me buying new front rotors.

Also, I found out that my front drivers side caliper bolt is missing, turns out that the bracket that holds the caliper has stripped threads in the bottom hole. What is this peice called? Basically, it's what the caliper bolts to.

Its a bb kit and shocks...what instructions are there? Ok I guess some would be helpful, but still. Be prepared the rear ones won't stay on til u put the spring on and it has pressure. Hole is too big for the post. Hope you got post extensions if you're wheeling.

Mine stayed on when I put the factory isolators on after the spacer.
