Sry, most those guys are ****'s in my area. Mostly military. Messed up thing is when I see them in uniform I'm one of the first to say thanks for their service, but see them on the trails and their bashing on the Zj-Xj's.

OT: snapped a pic of a decal for another thread, then let it watch me take the wifes car to work.
Haha we all got a good laugh, I remember a lot being like that back in AZ but the groups I run with out here most are pretty cool. This guy was brand new to jeeps and offroading so watching the rest of the rigs he was pretty humble and calm.

Now take it we had me and a lift wk2 (I think) from the gc's and we both earned a little respect for the steel roof cause haha. Was nice to see another v8 on the trail

Just came to the conclusion that the starter needs work. Where can one find a starter rebuild kit for a '97 with a 5.2?

Removed the broken bushing end of my IRO track bar, looks like it broke at the top edge of the weld. Does anyone know of a heim joint end that will fit on the IRO track bar? I'm gonna email pics of the broken end to IRO but I figure if its something I could possibly upgrade I might as well go for that.

Cleaned up the niner and took her for a nice cruise and got a thumbs up from a guy driving by. Haven't gotten that in a car since I owned a mustang a few years ago.

You better drive careful!

Your Jeep is seeing things, maybe you should check out its mental health. At least it's cold here in the mornings

That's because it's not a car, it's a Jeep!

I found a great place for my 4 switches for my front & rear roof rack lights, the accessory ports inside, and my CB.

Took a little extra time to run the wires to this spot, but I can't think of a better place to have them.

Also labelled the Niner fan override switch. Not that anyone else drives it.... LOL

Oil change. Need to figure out how to not get oil all over the starter when taking the filter off.

I used to try and cover the starter with a rag the best I could while I was doing oil changes but I still end up having to clean up a bunch of oil anyway so I just have a can of brake cleaner near by to spray everything down and get all the oil off after I put the new filter on.
