What a PITA that was... started last week with a slow replacement of water pump as a diversion while studying for a work relayed certification and today was the first full day to finish. I passed the certification btw. So after cleaning all surfaces and a little cleaning of the engine I started putting things back together. After filling with coolant, the heater fitting to the pump started to leak. Drained system and new o-ring that came w/pump was bad. Replaced o-ring and refilled. All was okay after refilling and burping the system. Didn't realize the amount of stuff that had to come off to get to the water pump. New hoses, pulleys, thermostat and belt all went into this. Don't want to have to take all this apart again for a loooooong time. Although I will probably do an e-fan upgrade sometime this summer.

today was a rough day..... I installed all 8 of my adjustable control arms, and the coils spacers on to bring my zj to 5 inches of lift a few days ago and right after i go to get my alignment done and on the drive over i hear a couple of loud snaps. turns out the rear upper control arm mounts ripped off of the unibody. So today was the day to fix it and make new brackets. the whole process sucked. but now that its over the jeep is back in action and should be ready to go wheeling next weekend.

brought down the headliner to examine the the sunroof. looks like the solder on that little relay thing is the reason it doesnt work. glued the sagging fabric back up.

also pulled the front end apart to tear out my busted header panel.
