Are the x flex the type with a locknut? I have the adjustable rc arms without a lock nut (no exposed threads), and have had all 4 strip out the threads, and have to be welded into "fixed length" arms. If these are those same arms, I highly suggest getting your money back, and buying a set from iro or ironman Andy.

I dunno, I replaced all four lower CA bushings for about $30 off Amazon with Raybestos/Clevite bushings. As far as replacing the bushings, it only takes about 10 minutes per arm with a 10 lb sledge.

My Torque application told me that my coolant only got to 170* today with the 180* T stat, trans cooler bypass, and 65* outside. Gonna be way to cold for winter so I ordered a stock T stat from Nick. While I was at it I got some Spidertrax spacers and the a Kenwood deck from Crotchfield.

I just ordered a new phone last week and this week found out I need a new radiator, which leads me to want to do my tranny cooler lines and efan swap while I'm at it(both on future to do list) and my jeep started idling around 1500 and sent a engine code for TPS voltage(I just replaced it with a mopar sensor a month ago so I'm at a loss there). So right now I'm putting everything on the discover card and driving my old dodge feeling broke lol. You made the right call.

Never found any that cheap when I got mine. Most decent bushings I found were around 10-15 each. Plus it was worth it to me to not have to swing a sledge for 20 minutes, as my lower back is not in the shape it used to be in, throwing it out means not leaving the couch for at least a week, which really really sucks.

I weighed that option but if I'm gonna order and wait then I was gonna make it easy on myself. Or I was gonna go to orielys and get the bushings today. It's hotter then I like it in my garage when I'm swinging a hammer soooo choice made!

Edit: orielys were $15 a piece.

Yeah, I hear ya on that. Even though it wasn't super hard work, I was sweating something fierce after popping the old ones out.

Amazon can usually save you a few bucks vs. RockAuto, especially with a Prime Account since you get free two day shipping on almost everything.

These guys (with locknut): http://www.roughcountry.com/jeep_xtr...trol-arms.html

They're the only ones I could find with a rubber / joint combo (everything else is either rubber on both ends, poly on both, poly / joint or joints on both ends). They're also one of the cheapest flex joint arms. Most of what I've read about them is good and they've got a lifetime warranty, so I'll see how they do.

Email Kolak, for pricing on Rubicon express adjustable arms. Similar price and better company.
