Advance auto might even rent you the flange tool. They have you pay as if your buying it then when you bring it back they give you the money back... So its basically free.

Yeah I rented a ball joint remover when I replaced the front upper diff bushing on my wife's wk when she had it. Since I bought the flare wrench I may go ahead and buy the flange kit. Might use it in the future.

Fixed my "Liftgate Ajar" message I was getting on my vic for the last week or so. Probably the easiest repair I've done to the zj lol

Ordered a KOR radiator support/tow points for it as well as Swaybar bushings, and hood scoops. Probably won't get any of it in before the weekend to install. But it's exciting nonetheless. Slowly all the things I want for it are getting done. I don't know what I'm gonna do when there's no more mods on my list

Pulled my 249 out to check on it, I think I'm gonna swap to a 231 since my chain is pretty stretched out.

Can any of you guys tell me whether this input shaft from my 249 is the new gear cut or old cut?

Yes probably. Lol. I have a few things that are tentatively on it still aka based on funds. But in the overall scope of things, it will at the very least slow down. Its already 100x further than I ever imagined it could have been before finding JeepForum and being inspired. But I know what you mean. I've already seen a small list grow and grow and grow. It's an addiction. It's a jeep thing
