Drove it to home depot to get some more primer and cut off discs for my dremel and ran into the guy I bought my zj from. Talked to him for a few minutes, and told me to follow him to his truck and he gave me the second key and fob to mine he had found a couple months ago
I know for a fact the cause of my death wobble is worn bushings and play in the track bar mounts. I have read, however, that a good steering damper (I needed one anyway; the old one was factory) will suppress the oscillation for a period of time, until I can afford to replace the parts that need it. The damper didn't help at all, though. It fades instantly and then I can't go more than 500 feet without wobble.
Already on the bushings (Daystar CA bushings any good?) and adjustable track bar, since I know those are the main cause of my wobble.
I know that. I can read. It can, however, suppress wobble for a time, but mine is severe enough that it doesn't last long before the damper fluid boils and fades. I can get maybe 10-15 miles before the damper overheats. Early into a trip you can feel it try to wobble but stop because the damper is working. After the damper overheats the wobble starts and immediately shakes the vehicle up.
Honestly stock replacements for the steering is pretty cheap. I got all new tierod ends a drag link a stabilizer for about 180 after tax.
I wish I would have upgraded though. I was short on cash and wanted to fix my death wobble. Lol
attempted to remove my front brush guard that's attached via the stock tow hook mount.... failed horribly ... didn't have the right box wrench to undo the bolts so tried to remove the tow hook mounts and snapped a bolt : ...gave up. attempt #2 next weekend after I buy a wrench set.

Went to pic a part and got a replacement auto temp control resistor and connector as mine had burned. Blower and ac working again. Oh and the rear end is still working great. Opened it up at 1000 miles after Chicago trip and while there was "glitter" in the fluid it was very fine and nothing but old gasket goo in the cheese cloth filter. No worse than the 1st fluid change after the shop did the axle. Will post a pic of fluid to that thread.
