Haha, yah, not a fun ride. Had a broken halfshaft and the hub separated. It hobbled for about 3sec before the tire folded under the fender. I was on 32s and dropped onto the suspension.

was at work and it started absolutely pouring. i couldnt even see it and it was only 25ft out of the shop. some co-workers went to smoke and they opened the back door and a few seconds later, could hear it get louder on the roof. we stared for like 5 seconds and then all darted for our lockers to get our keys. got into the jeep and raced around back, pulled and parked in the shop. was originally marble sized hail but ended up turning into golf ball size and eventually almost baseball size.

my buddy's tj ended up sitting outside cause he was working with a customer and through all of it, ended up getting a pretty battered hood. jeep got a small ding in the hatch (was coming down at like 45 degree angle) but everything else looks fine.

yeah the worst part was he brought it in to change the brakes and i changed the driver's side but couldnt get the piston compressed. ended up cracking the piston and then we took the zeej, got a new caliper when the storm cleared up, came back, threw it on and as he was tightening the line bolt, it snapped. i was changing his headlights and forgot to tell him that bolt was hollow..oops. so its still sitting in the shop haha. we got pissed and didnt want to work on it. luckily he has his 68 'bird to drive around haha.
