Made a bumper out of card board to get an idea of what I want. I want the top to stick out about two more inches and have the lower part set back about an inch or two. Then have the bull bar be made out of round stock maybe have headlight wraps idk yet.

Well in the past few days i've; replaced rear driveshaft seal on the tcase, broke a bolt in the pinion and had to drill it out. I replaced the front driveshaft u-joint. Replaced passengers axle hub assembly. Annnd Made a snorkal for the exhaust.

Also on my buddies zj we changed an axle shaft today. Broke a bolt and had to drill it out. Man i have bad luck with bolts!

Good imagination and effort with the cardboard idea. I like the way it looks (of course once in metal lol).

Well I got some of my goodies in the mail today! Still waiting for a few more parts then i can tuffin my ZJ up some more.

Heres my 3.5" Tuff Country EZ Flex Kit with Sway Bar Quick Disconnects. Waiting for my bushing kit from DayStar now along with my Coil Spacers.

This is what mine looks like. a Some what simpler version I would say of what you want. As for the Headlight wraps, its all on how you build them. if you build them like a normal Cattle guards are, they dont serve much purpose other than to bend in and dent the jeep if you hit something. My "Bull Bar" part is made of Square Tubing for the vertical part and double strength pipe for the cross bars. Took a hit from a deer, didnt do a thing to it.

Pb blasted my o2 sensor again in preparation of it showing up tomorrow. Hopefully it comes out with minimal trouble so I can get it changed in a timely fashion.

Sprayed the outside of it down to get some of the red dirt off. Was starting to change colors from green to brown with all the yard work that's going on at my friends house right now
