Since my VIC wasnt working right, and I don't feel like fixing it, nor getting a new one. I took it apart and decided to put my switches there. First one is the switch for my 34" LED light bar which should be here tomorrow.

Tossed in my '9er glove box lid and leather shift knob the other day, along with the new seats I got. Unfortunately it looks like the new seat motors and frames don't fully function, so I'll swap my old ones over to the new seats today.

I've thought about doing the same thing for a while now. Possibly stuffing an inverter in there, or wiring in some powered USB ports to fill the holes for the set/select buttons to plug in phones and such. It looks pretty good!

On topic:

Looked at the Jeep, today was pay day, so tomorrow i'll be travelling to Indianapolis to visit some salvage yards. Hopefully I can find a Durango pigtail for my alternator upgrade.

Swapped a few emails back and forth with Daryl at jcr. UPS can't not loose their stuff he says. But more importantly replacements will be sent out to me on Mon.

Then I let the wife take the jeep for a cpl days while I procrastinate changing the axle in her car.

Autozone. Was like $10. Prolly get one on eBay or something for cheaper. But for the convenience and that it was only $10 I got it there.

There's quite a few Durangos in the yards down here and I know a couple people parting them out too. If you don't find one, I could grab you one
