Put my 3" BB in today! Also rigged up a 2nd PDC for my accessories and their relays.

I'd post pics but my pic files are too big to upload to the forum, an I don't have time to mess with photobucket and such....

Got my jcr bumber tonight...well....some of it. Box showed up trashed with only the 4 biggest parts left inside! So I called UPS and sent jcr a msg. We'll see how this goes. Anyone dealt with their customer service?

Dang thats sketchy. Hope it works out. I've heard good things about them but never dealt with them myself. Out of curiosity did you order it with the prerunner tube? I think that really changes the whole look of that bumper in a good way

Watched my shipping confirmation. The parts, according to the internet, will be here tomorrow, and then I can start rebuilding my baby for street use.

From my experience, their customer service is awesome. I drove up to Kalamazoo to pick up my sliders to save on shipping. It's a pretty small shop with only a few people working there. I dealt with Daryl, who's got to be the owner or a manager. Before I ordered them, I sent a few emails back and forth with him. He responds in a pretty timely manner. I'd say you're in good hands with him. It looks like you have a legitimate claim with UPS there. I know he doesn't put a finish on his products anymore because of so many claims with carriers. I'd imagine he still ships them insured for reasons such as this though.
