I need to snug up the front bolts, so it is sagging a tiny bit.

Haha, thanks guys. I still have an uphill battle with Rockhard tomorrow over all the issues with the tire carrier portion. As of right now, the Jeep is undriveable since the carrier won't latch and the stock bumper has been removed and the brackets cut off.

I sold/ traded my rusty '94 Stang GT for a 2000 Cherokee, 2 door Plane Jane, 4.0, 231. Part of the trade includes a 8.75. I think at this point we are both happy! I got a dozen or so texts of new "Steve McQueen" style conquests in the first 48 hours, LOL! I have found no major rust, some damage to the LH door frame, quarters were a bit butchered. 134,000 miles on the XJ, runs/ drives nice. It does not have sway bars though, first JY search..
But the best part was a new Jeep friend!! We are hooking up for several mutual projects. Can't beat that!!

Paid $99 for this one on ebay, kindof expensive but really improved the interior, that old wheel was beat. The new one was used but had no signs of fading/tearing which is rare

Did my diffs yestarday... well kinda. I did my front diff yesterday and went to install the rear diff and realized the wrong lubelocker gasket was shipped. While it looked great when I pulled it from the mailbox and it was a dana 44 gasket, It isnt a Dana44A gasket which to my previous ignorance is surprisingly larger. But, since im a OCD baby Id rather wait for the correct gasket to show up and do them the same then RTV it and drive it to work today. ; ( ..... On that note, does anyone know how to make my Galaxy S4 take pictures I can post on here?

You gotta go into your camera settings and lower the resolution. Bring ur camera up then hit menu and scroll down til u see resolution and select a lower one. I usually just drop it to whatever the lowest one is.

so i did a bunch of crap
finished the frame stiffeners
once i could get the heep set to ride height with the jack stands under the frame rails then this happened

followed by this........rolled the new axles under for suspension mock up( 3 link front/dub tri rear)

then got busy doing jerbs on the front x member and got her bolted in place

now i just have to weld some key gussets in, make the new tranny mount and weld in the link tabs. I cheated the crossmember rearward from stock for driveshaft clearance without notching and my heims will actually bolt up rearward of the crossmember and will end up about 40" long eye to eye

Got some goodies today! Project for tomorrow.

Pictures when it's done.

Also my 34" LED lightbar should be here by Friday. So that will be my project this weekend as well as a new belt, so I don't have to listen to this stupid belt squeal anymore.
