Just replaced my fuel pressure regulator and after a few drive running errands, I think my problems have been solved. The 4.0 idles 10X smoother than it had, and I left it running while I ran into a convenience store, and it wasn't stuttering and dying when I got back. Great day for me!

I would've taken before pics if I had expected these results. I gave my yellowed headlights a rub down with some citrus hand cleaner with pumice for about 2 minutes per side, then waxed with a carnauba cleaner wax. The end result is way beyond my expectations.

My Orvis used to have about 1/4" of water in both headlights at all times, yellowing like you're saying. I think when they get moisture inside there's not much hope for them.

Replaced the input(where it mates to the transmission) and output seals on my transfer case and did the transmission output seal while I was there. All went smooth and no more pesky leaks!
