Took off the roof rack cross bars. My intentions were to remove the tracks too, but the threaded inserts they bolt to in the roof stick up higher than the roof. I think would have looked tacky.

Got my sliders installed. I used a breaker lift at work today to do it. It was way easier than using a jack would have been.

Also ripped out the vapor canister. It was shredded to hell by supports. New one will be here in a cpl days, plus no more rubbing.
Can the vapor canister be placed anywhere or does it need to be low?

I have mine where the factory air box sits, by my k&n filter. It hasn't been a problem yet.

Installed new door pins today!!!

I been putting off replacing the door pins and bushings for awhile. Had a bad experience with a mustang years ago trying to replace the door pins and bushings and was not looking forward to replacing the one's on my jeep. Have already repaired the door where the latch broke out and had lowered the striker so it wasn't dragging. These door pins wasn't bad at all to swap out. Set the door off and on to an old box spring I had under the carport and the die grinder was a necessary tool but not bad at all. Put door back on and had to adjust the striker back up where it is supposed to be and that was it. The one's I bought didn't have the groove and e-clip so I made a groove with my die grinder and put e-clips on both pins and also J B welded over the top of the pins. Should be good to go. The door is a lot smoother opening and closing now. Very happy with the outcome!!

That's how you have to clean it. Drill the hole and then seal it up with silicone or a plug if you can get one.

She's getting looked at today by a friends dad who's a diagnostic tech. Can't wait to find out what this stumbling issue is...crossing my fingers it's something simple and stupid.

In the mean time as soon as I get to work I get to start working on y new Yamaha blaster that I picked up for free. Few simple parts and shell be good to go
