Might do all the prep work and outsource the actual install, I'm always paranoid when it comes to working with brake lines.
It's only the rear they don't really do much anyways

Of course, 1 inch is 25.4mm.

Buy good quality bolts and you'll not need to worry about rust

Installed a cb and mounted the antenna on the inner front fender. I need to figure out how to mount it on the rear....hate how it looks up front. Also got a full size spare to match my 245/75-16's.

Left it at home and used the ram to pull the boat to Lake Livingston. While we waiting to use the boat ramp, the kind gentleman in front of us, I guess he forgot which gear his truck was in? After the boat pulled away, he went backwards about 2 feet instead of pulling forward, then threw it in drive, but he was already on the green slippery algae and started spinning his wheels. At this point he says f it, somebody is gonna have to strap me up and nudge me out. Throws it in park and hops out to find help, turns around and walks away as his 2wd Chevy truck, in park, takes off down the ramp and off into the lake, where it sinks until it hit the bottom, which put the water line oh about 3" from the headliner.

THEN he decided to "fix" the situation by running and grabbing his wife's z71, CHAINS his sunk truck to it, and takes off, still in 2wd. He pulled for all of 3 seconds when he started hopping (only his rear wheels, because, you know, in vehicle recovery there is no place for 4wd), and as soon as I was starting to think it, BANG! Rear driveshaft brakes at the pinion and beat the piss out of the underside of the truck. The good news is that his boat was fine.

Makes me wish the Zj was around today, the winch would have had that guy out in no time.

I'll have pictures in a bit.

Beat the crap out of the bumper work I'm doing, haven't had time to do sliders or the tcase skid, and suddenly I'm working two shifts from here to the next wheeling trip.

Bugger.

Replaced my gas tank, kinda a pita but not to bad. If you ever need to drop the tank for one reason or another make sure you have a ratcheting 14 combo wrench. Drivers side wasn't to bad but ratcheting made it 10x faster and easier. Wasn't really optional on the passanger side as theres only an inch or so of room to wrench. Also I'm dieing to see pics from the incident mentioned a few posts up lol.

Replaced the radiator after the old one decided to break the core away from the tanks a couple days ago.
